  1. For ground paste
  2. 1 big onion roughly chopped
  3. 2-3 big tomatoes roughly chopped
  4. 9-10 cashews
  5. 2 teaspoon butter
  6. 1/2 inch ginger grated
  7. 2-3 garlic cloves chopped
  8. 2-3 green cardamom
  9. 1 star anise
  10. 1 inch cinnamon stick
  11. For gravy
  12. 200 g paneer cubed
  13. 1 bay leaf
  14. 1. 5 cup water
  15. 2 tbsp butter
  16. 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  17. 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  18. 1 green chillies slit
  19. 1. 5 teaspoon kashmiri chilli powder
  20. 3/4 teaspoon crushed kasuri methi
  21. 4-5 tbsp cream
  22. to taste Salt
  23. 3 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

Step-step making Easy Paneer Makhanwala Recipes

  1. Start with ground paste, heat spread in pan, saute spices, add turmeric garlic and onion. Saute until onions are translucent. Add tomatoes, saute till tender. Allow to cool completely. Smash it with cashews to fine stick

  2. In same pan, include butter, roast bay leaf, add terrain paste with red chillies powder. Bond until paste completely leaves side. Include salt, green chillies, sugar and drinking water. Bring to boil. Cover and make for 2-3 minutes

  3. A person can directly add paneer to curry or heat 1 TSP ghee inside separate pan add lightly saute paneer until lightly browned on sides. My partner and i like roasting it.

  4. Include paneer to gravy. Cover and make for 3-4 minutes. Reserve 1 tbsp cream for Garnish. Add remaining in order to gravy. Crush kasuri methi between hands and add to gravy with garam masala. Mix well. Add coriander finds. Now add reserved cream on top rated. Serve hot with roti naan or even pulao
