  1. 400 gms boneless chicken breast
  2. 2 onions chopped
  3. 1 tbsp ginger paste
  4. 1/4 th tsp garlic paste
  5. one tbsp cashewnuts paste
  6. one tbsp fresh cream
  7. one tsp charamgaz/ melon seeds
  8. 2 drops mitha attar
  9. 4-5 half crushed black peppercorn
  10. 4-5 broken cashewnuts
  11. 1/2 tsp Kashmiri reddish chilli powder
  12. 1/2 tsp kitchen king masala
  13. 3-4 cardamom
  14. 4-5 cloves
  15. one small stick cinnamon
  16. 0.25 th tsp ajwain
  17. one tbsp crushed kasoori methi
  18. 1 pinch hing
  19. 2 boiled eggs
  20. To flavor salt and pinch of sugar
  21. 2 tbsp tomato puree
  22. 1 tbsp curd
  23. 1/4 th tsp garam masala
  24. 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  25. 3-4 slit green chillies
  26. 2 tbsp refined oil
  27. 1 tbsp ghee or butter

Step-step making Easy Chicken Bharta Recipes

  1. Boil chicken cubes with little sodium and 1 cup water. Set away to cool. Reserve stock. Shred hen into strips with hand or branch. Boil 2 eggs and chop in pieces. Set aside.

  2. Heating oil and sprinkle half crushed complete garam masala. When they splutter put a pinch of hing and ajwain. Add chopped onion and fry right up until golden brown. Add ginger garlic composite, cashew paste, kitchen king masala, kashmiri red chilli powder, salt and sweets to taste. Add tomato puree together with curd and fry. Add shredded hen pieces and fresh cream and put.

  3. Add crushed kasoori methi and the chicken stock and come till gravy is thick. Add ghee or butter and the chopped cut eggs.

  4. Garnish with coriander leaves and green chillies and 50 % boiled egg. Serve with roti, naan or paratha.
