  10. 1 tsp xantham gum
  11. 2 cups kernel milk
  12. 1 tsp terrain sage
  13. 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  14. 1 tsp Himalayan lilac salt

  1. Cook sausage and separate 1/2 chicken for fritata. With remaining sausage mix xantham gum over, add almond whole milk sage, pepper and pink salt plus simmer till thickened. Remove from oven and use to pour over fritata.
