  1. 2 Buns
  2. 3 cups maida (all purpose flour)
  3. 2 teaspoon yeast
  4. 3 tbsp oil
  5. To taste salt
  6. 3 tbsp dairy products powder (nido)
  7. 1 tbsp butter/margarine
  8. As needed Patties
  9. 1 kg Beef Fin with little Fats (double minced like in seekh kebabs)
  10. 1 Onion
  11. 6 Green Chillies
  12. to taste Salt
  13. half of Ginger
  14. 4 Garlic Cloves
  15. 1 As soon as possible
  16. 1 tbsp Oil
  17. half of tsp Black Pepper (pounded)
  18. 2 tbsp Yogurt
  19. half of tsp Oregano
  20. leaves few Celery
  21. 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  22. As needed Cheese Dip/Sauce
  23. 1 cup Cheddar Cheese grated
  24. 1 pot Milk
  25. 1 tbsp All Purpose Flour
  26. 2 tbsp Butter
  27. pinch Chilli powder
  28. to taste Salt and Pepper
  29. as needed sprinkle Parsley, Chives and Marjoram

Step-step making Easy Whosaynas Beef Burger Recipes

  1. Buns:
    Mix dry ingredients nicely. Bind soft dough using all elements with warm water, knead very nicely. Then let it rise cover the particular big bowl with cling film…

    Cheese Dip/Sauce:
    Within a pan put butter and flour and braise a little add whole milk little at a time and blending it with whisker, till all more than. Add cheese and mix well include chilli powder, salt and pepper, blend well as cheese melts remove through flame add herbs and mix nicely, remove in a bowl

    NB: if your milk m flour mixture is too thick can include more milk to get thick flowing consistency before adding cheese

  4. Can add in 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tbsp chilli sauce plus 1 tbsp mustard sauce for hamburgers only

    How to get ready the burger:
    Cut bun within half and spread mayonnaise on every half
    Keep a lettuce leaf on bottom half, put some grated carrot
    Scoop 1 tbsp associated with cheese sauce and put on carrot
    Put a tomato slice, red onion slice and cucumber slice
    Preserve pattie on the salad and cover up with the other half
